Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google account ID, name, email and photo if you sign in with Google.
• Profile data: profile and cover photos, date of birth and language you choose to add.
• Content you create: moments (posts), comments, likes, private messages, audio rooms, room names, pictures and settings.
• Voice: when you take a seat in an audio room and turn on your microphone, your voice is streamed live to people in that room. We do not record or store voice audio.
• Social and activity data: friends, followers, gifts sent and received, diamonds, stars, levels, store items and reports you send.
• Device and log data: device model and ID, IP address, sign-in times and method, and app version, used for security and to keep your account safe.
• Analytics: we use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (for example which screens are opened). This data is not used to identify you personally.

• To create and run your account and show your profile to other users.
• To provide live audio rooms, messaging, moments, gifts and other features.
• To keep the app safe: detect fraud and abuse, handle reports and block accounts that break our rules.
• To fix problems and improve the app.
• To send you notifications inside the app.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party ads.

Your name, profile photo, level, badges, moments and activity in public audio rooms are visible to other users. Private messages are visible only to you and the person you talk to.

We share data only with providers that help us run the app, and only as much as they need:

• Google (Sign-In and Firebase Analytics)
• LiveKit (real-time voice streaming in audio rooms)
• MongoDB Atlas and our server hosting (data storage)

We may also share data if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.

• Microphone: only to speak in audio rooms when you choose to.
• Internet / network state: to connect to our servers.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as hashes, and uploaded files can only be opened by signed-in users. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and content. Anonymous records of gifts and payments may be kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time:

• In the app: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• On the web: use the account deletion page.
• By email: write to [email protected] from the email of your account.

We complete requests within 15 days. See the account deletion page for what is deleted and what may be kept.

TaraLive - Live Stream & Voice is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
